You may:

• Generate content for your own business or clients
• Edit, modify, and publish generated content
• Use the Service for commercial purposes

You may not:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to generate spam or misleading content
• Resell access to the Service without authorization

Starter Plan ($50/month):

• Billed monthly, cancel anytime
• 50 generations included per month
• Additional credits available for purchase
• Unused credits do not roll over

Expert Plan ($500 one-time):

• One-time payment, lifetime access to templates
• 30-day money-back guarantee
• Includes lifetime updates

Done-For-You ($1,500/month):

• Billed monthly, cancel anytime
• Current month is non-refundable upon cancellation
• Custom scope defined during onboarding

Done-For-You: Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. The current month is non-refundable.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create using Agent Smith. We claim no ownership over your generated content.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by Agent Smith and protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Note: AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, appropriate, and complies with applicable laws.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
